1. All classic vehicles sold by GOLDSTAR GARAGE are sold "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

2. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the classic vehicle prior to purchase and agrees to purchase the classic vehicle based on its current condition.

3. The buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and fees, at the time of sale.

4. GOLDSTAR GARAGE reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason.

5. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation of the classic vehicle from the GOLDSTAR GARAGE  location/premises to the buyer's location.

6. The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the classic vehicle after the sale is complete.

7. All sales are final and non-refundable.

8. The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable UK laws regarding the ownership and operation of the classic vehicle, including the Road Traffic Act.

9. Title transfer will be processed by GOLDSTAR GARAGE  after the payment is cleared

10. Any disputes arising out of or related to this sale shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
